Return and Refund Policy

A. Essential's Thanks you for your order, we will do our best to fix the problem and keep you satisfied always, here is our terms to our refund policies.

Items purchased online can be returned by mail 100%

(If your order was purchased online and sent out for delivery, your return time of 14 days starts the day you receive your packaged items) The Company is notified.

Some items unfortunately, such as opened and used soaps and used bath bombs cannot be returned due to health & hygiene protocol (Soaps & Bath Bombs & Mouth Wash All Included)

ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

If you are unhappy with the purchase of soaps or bath bombs, or it did not meet your expectations there will be a helpful, reasonable discussion with a service rep. on some of our options we have available for you, your other option is to report this matter immediately by sending an email to the Company within 14 days from your purchase date to file a complaint of product/item. @AsheeEssentially526@yahoo.com

Please allow up to three business days for a response, as someone will be looking over the complaint and working on how to resolve this matter professionally in a time worthy manner.

From day of purchase, you will have 14 days to report an issue with an item or product that you received, once the 14 days have passed there will be no refunds, or returns allowed,
We do not take returns for any circumstances for any half-used nor half empty bottles of product, or damaged items on customers behalf.
If product during delivery happens to end up broken, damaged or destroyed, you will have an exchange sent out ASAP at no cost to you, another of the same exact item that was reported. (No refunds)
We DO NOT do refunds for any skin issues or allergic reactions; we HIGHLY recommend trying a spot test on a small area of skin before applying to full body areas for safety
Ashee Essentials is not responsible for customers skin breakouts or acne, allergic reactions or swelling to product we recommended more then once trying a skin test spot.
Customer will be fully responsible for payment of FULL shipping return cost, once we have received your returned item you will be 100% reimbursed for shipping cost.
Customer is 100% responsible for having proof of purchase for a full exchange, along with a photo and statement of what happened to the item and a brief why they are unhappy & about what happened to the item.
